Too Much Bodily Fluids

I had 2 surgerys for Crohn's Disease back in the 70's. Leaving me with a J junostomy. They didn't have much hope of me living too long so they put me on TPN...What a God send...but, since then I have been having problems with too much bodily fluids..First it was like the dry heaves, and i'd bring up all this clear saliva? They put me on compazine for awhile and then the suppositories..It helped and then the condition just went away. But, other problems arose...like when I'm on the TPN bags...it seems I urinate out everything that goes in from the TPN and ...my nose runs and runs..most of it goes down my throat to my chest, so I'm either continually blowing or having this nasty cough. People tend to shy away. It takes my breath away as I can't breath thru my mouth or nose when this is happening. The situation is getting worse..I have to sleep sitting up quite often...and no one seems to know why this is happening. Some times I can keep it under control with cold tablets and cough medicine, other times not.The Dry Heaves were very forceful and this cough is very forceful...I'm afraid of dislodging my catheter...but worst of all it's quite scary when you can't get your breath and all this fluid is in the way. Just wondering if anyone else has heard of this, or had this. And if so...any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.
