unexplained weight loss after neck surgery
Several months ago my father underwent neck surgery to fuse a couple of discs. During the surgery his esophagus was damaged by the track tube. His weight has dropped from 220 to 157 - despite countless tests Doctors cannot explained this unexplained weight loss. All tests have been negative. He is seeing a specialist from Chapel Hill Nc and he has been eliminating possible causes but is running out of options. Thanks in advance for any advice.
