By the way, it was exactly 2 weeks that my pain eased off and I'm now down to 1 or 2 pain pills a day!
i have had a little experience helping people make the best of the situation after their gall bladder has been removed. i would encourage them to consume purified bovine salts and choline, start all meals with vegis and complete them with fruits. Restrict pork consumption to zero and limit refined carbohydrates as well. Water, Water, WATER! 8-8oz a day (no chlorine or flouride, etc.), deep breathing, exercise (yoga is awesome), sing, and raise your arms above your head when you have your bms. good luck, and remember STOP. DON'T RUSH, & NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! best wishes
thanks
any way just a thought, but the weight thing has really bothered me.
I had my gallbladder removed in January 2001, and I have had a hard time ever since. The doctor swore to me that I could eat any thing that I wanted, but come to find out there is no way. Since January I have found out that I can't eat ANY fried food of ANY kind, very few dairy prouducts, no salad of ANY kind, and if it has any kind of grease on it NO WAY! If I chance eating any of these items I will be in the bathroom BEFORE I finish eating. NO JOKE! This has become very irritating to me, due to the fact that I think I have figured things out and something that I normally can eat I get sick on. Is there anyone who knows anything about this? Before I had my gallbladder out I could eat anything I wanted to no problem. Now I am scared to even eat anything. Due to when I do get sick, I have horrible stomach pains, feel very nauseous, light-headed, and cold and hot flashes! Please if anyone has any ideas or knows of anything that has worked for them, let me know, at this point I am willing to try anything. Is there any medication that I don't know about, natural or prescription? I have talked to my doctor about this and he just keeps telling me that it is something that I just have to live with. But come on Please can't I live a more comfortable life than this?
Thanks for all your help in this matter!
Looking forward to hearing from someone very soon!!
