medication constipation?

I have been taking avapro for about 20 days now. I started having constipation after about two days ago I had a bowel movement and and a blood clot came out. I also had blood on my stools. I didnt have a hard bowel movement, not straining. Now for the last two days I've had nausea and vomiting, I havent had a desire to eat anything but I do because I know that I have to. I was in a MVA in 1996, so I have a lot of sxs of different types. My spleen was ripped out, my right innominate artery is occluded. Graft to the right innominate artery from the aorta is patent.
