Vitamins and Gastritis

Does anyone know if taking vitamins/herbs (here's what I take)

Calicum Citrate; Biotin; Anti Oxidant; Evening Primose Oil;

natural progestrone cream, can worsen gastritis symptoms.

I stopped taking them when I started with severe symptoms and just recently started introducing them again but find I have

some discomfort.  Should I discontinue taking these until I am

completely healed (if that day ever comes)!

most all vitamins worsened my Gastritis.  I had found that the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Met-Rx bars are well tolerated if eaten with a meal.  I try to sandwich it. I eat a little and I eat half a bar and then a little more food.  Keeping the meals small of course.  I also drink milk before I eat. My carafate and milk are a must for coating.  I can REALLY tell a difference without them.  There is some really good information on Gastritis from March of this year.  You should go through and read it.  It is helpful.  Hang in there.  Gastritis does suck, but it can get better.  I have been battling it for almost 2 yrs, but it is better than when it started.  Good Luck!
