Oyster poisoning, Help !

To whom it may concern,
I ate bad oysters in France last june and I still have mucus in my stool. I had sever diahrrea ans fever for several days and lost about 20 pounds in a month. I did some tests (colonoscopy and blood tests) and everything is normal. My weight is stable now.
Do I need to see a specialist or I should let the parasites go by themselves ?
