Post-gastrectomy stomach distention

I had a partial gastrectomy 7 months ago. I have had lots of digestive problems since then. Lately I am experience very very extreme stomach distention and bloating. I can't find any relief. Is this a common symptom after gastrectomy and what can I do to relieve this?
