Diet and disease low in carbs would be ideal (fish/lean meats). As long as I stay away from pasta and breads I can usually avoid the bathroom. I know this doesn't answer your main question but for some reason with hypoglycemiaHypoglycemia our bodies do not break down the carbs as fast as they used to and that is where you get that tired feeling after a high carb meal.
