Are there any side effects when using water-only klisma's?

Are there any side effects when using water-only klisma's?

A friend who works at a drug stores gave me these empty klisma system bags you can fill up with water. Is this helpfull? Are there side-effects? How frequent can you use them?

Yes, but for what?

Yes. There could be! It is a radical procedure! If you do it every day for too long time, you may become addicted! (in other words, it may be the cause of constipation caused by enema addiction.) Enema (klisma) makes your stool liquid, and if used too often, you may be unable to empty without it, in other words you get addicted to using it to empty. It is very good if you have any chronic illness, but be careful, and try to research Max Gerson's  therapy.

If you are not careful, you can also injure your anus or rectum!

"How frequent can you use them?"

You can use it 2 times a day, for several days, but do not ovedo!! Adding probiotics to it will help having natural BM.

If you have Cancer, or any life threatening illness, then you can use it every day, it is better to be addicted to enema, then to die or to suffer from cancer.
