lastly i started having pain like your's
after a cervical spine injury. i found that traction helped. you may want to try it. you also sound as though you need a EMG done for you arm numbness, however traction may help with this also. i have numbness in my right thumb and i use a tens unit on my sholuder and back near to --but not on-- my c8-t2 spine area and it helps
