some medications are expelled in the feces and you could just be seeing the shell of some medication.  the other problems sounds like gallstones and gas. change your diet. if you are in severe pain try the gall bladder surgery if you have stones. you may be sick afterwards(nausea, vomitting, diarrhea) but it may help

lastly i started having pain like your's

after a cervical spine injury.  i found that traction helped.  you may want to try it.  you also sound as though you need a EMG done for you arm numbness, however traction may help with this also.  i have numbness in my right thumb and i use a tens unit on my sholuder and back near to --but not on-- my c8-t2 spine area and it helps

you mentioned your fathers death.  i found that interesting because i lost my father and health all in the same month. sometimes loosing someone that significant affect our health until we finish the grieving process which may display itself in a physical form. ie worrying/obsessing over physical symptoms. to be honest after reading your message again i think a good crying session is in order. and most of your problems sound normal but it never hurts to go to the doctor for a good physical. i suggest you write done what you sent out to us, that way maybe he will pay all your symptoms some attention.

good luck
