NICYYou are noting bloating, a pressure in your chest and regurgitation of food amongst your other symptoms.

What I would do is to make sure that there is not some kind of blockage that is causing the food to return undigested. There are various causes of this - including a mass, stricture or anatomical abnormality.

The first thing I would do is some kind of imaging study - either an upper GI series or upper endoscopy. The endoscopy would be the more comprehensive study to evaluate this.

Regarding the bright yellow stool - you may want to make sure that there is no biliary obstruction. Simple liver function tests can be the first test to evaluate for this.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
