Regarding your individual concerns.

You note upper GI discomfort and have been through an endoscopy.  This did not show esophageal cancer.  There continues to be bloating.  The upper endoscopy is a pretty thorough test to evaluate the esophagus, stomach and small bowel.  Other tests to consider in this area would be a 24-hr pH study or gastric emptying study for further evaluation.

Regarding the cirrhosis.  After being through 8 physicians, it would be unlikely that I can offer anything new.  If you are still concerned about cirrhosis, you may want to inquire about a liver biopsy which would give the definitive diagnosis.

About the colorectal cancer - it would be unlikely at age 27.  However, the colonoscopy would be the best test to evaluate this.  If this is negative, then it can be safely assumed that cancer isn't present.

With a negative upper and pending lower endoscopy, this is a pretty thorough evaluation of the bowel.  Combined with an ultrasound that shows a fatty liver, if there are no positive findings, it is unlikely that a major GI process is going on.  An abdominal CT scan can be considered for further evaluation of your symptoms.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Don't know how A yeast infection correlates . Yes yeast infection is real but is grossly misunderstood-- people are taking a real disease and twisting it for profit.

Stephen -- your story has many components-- as for IBS or something more serious-- since you are scheduled for a colonoscopy Monday -if it is negative - this should alleviate your fears -- at least where colon cancer is concerned. .

You should think about getting some psychiatric  assistance to help you deal with  your various issues.--  Congrats on your baby.
