Dear Sapna:
I am not sure I understand the situation.
A blocked left fallopian tube and absent right fallopian tube is best managed by in vitro fertilization. The success of surgical procedures to repair a blocked fallopian tube is less than the success with IVF. Further, the risk of an ectopic pregnancy following IVF is lower than following tubal surgery.
I assume by displaced the tube is bound into adhesions and unable to approach the ovary. This means there is a double reason why pregnancy is not able to occur (block + displacement) and makes the surgical success rate even lower.
The tube is normally attached to the uterus.

Keywords: tubal blockage
