Question Title: Big Uterus

Forum: The Maternal and Child Health Forum
Topic: Pregnancy - Abnormal

Hi!
My name is Lisa. i am 36 and my height is :5.74 feet
and my weight is : 192.7 pounds
Lately i was had hysteroscopia after two miscarriages.
the check result was fine and the Doctor said i have
a big womb sized 8 weeks!
My question is : Is it ok to have this big womb and would it affect my next
pregnancy?
thanks,
Lisa

Dear Lisa:
The uterus commonly is larger in patients who have had pregnancies, even if they have ended as miscarriage. In the absence of any disease discovered at the hysteroscopy, uterine size is a normal variation.
