I have just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant. The thing that concerns
me is I also have an 11 week old baby. Has my cervix had enough time to
heal to carry another baby?

The cervix has returned to normal by 6 weeks following delivery. Ovulatory menstrual cycles can resume very quickly, as this story indicates. There is no increased risk to this pregnancy.

There is concern that you have no replenished the stores of iron, other minerals, and vitamins from the first pregnancy and it will be important to begin prenatal vitamin tablets, assure a balanced, calorie controlled, healthy food element rich diet.
