Hi,
I had a D&C nearly 3 months ago and have had 2 'normal' periods since, but the cycle length has been irregular with some abnormal spottingVaginal bleeding between periods and cramping. This cycle I used an ovulationLh urine test (home test) Mittelschmerz test kit to determine if / when I was ovulating. I got a positive result (one line darker than the other) on the 26th June and then on the 27th and 28th (two lines similar in colour). BUT the instructions say that a positive result means you will ovulate in the next 24-36 hours, so how can it remain positive for 3 days? Do you think it worked properly?

I've never had a d&C so I cannot really comment on that but as far as the ovulationLh urine test (home test) Mittelschmerz predictor kits, they never worked for me. I would always get a negative result, and it was very fustrating trying to compare the darkness of the lines. Regardless of the results, I tried anyways and even though it did take a while for me to concieve I am 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant today. I know its fustrating and I thought I would never concieve but after a naturalNatural tearsmiscarriage at 5 weeks, I concieved one month later. So just always stay positive, and keep trying.

Occasionally, you can get 3 pos opks. If you catch the beginning of your surge with the 1st one and the tail end of the surge with the last one and have a long surge. I've only had it happen once.
