GAD with Nausea then now light headedness

Well after 2 months, I decided to taper and in January I got down to .37.5 (.12.5 3 times daily) and I stopped Feb 3rd. I can not begin to tell you how hard the withdrawl is. I haven't slept since my last pill, hot and cold flushes, etc.
These meds are temporary fixes to our situation. Xanax was a wonder drug I thought, until I started to wean myself off of them. It is more difficult than I ever imagine.
