I posted last nite and again tonite as a FU as I cannot sleep due to my pain! I've read the articles of FM which I have, also osteoarth. and MS
but if the pain is from the FM I need help PLEASE! Tonite a warm bath, then my husb. put Bengay on my right side which is affected by FM. Then I layed down on a heating pad for awhile....but it just seems to get worse! Finally I broke down and took a pill from an old prescription something or other and Codone which helped finally last nite but nothing seems to be working tonite! Please any idea's or suggestions would be appreciated!
