Subject: Re: Please help! Read posting 11-1 and reply Please! I posted last nite and again tonite as a FU as I cannot sleep due to my pain! I've read the articles of FM which I have, also osteoarth. and MS but if the pain is from the FM I need help PLEASE! Tonite a warm bath, then my husb. put Bengay on my right side which is affected by FM. Then I layed down on a heating pad for awhile....but it just seems to get worse! Finally I broke down and took a pill from an old prescription something or other and Codone which helped finally last nite but nothing seems to be working tonite! Please any idea's or suggestions would be appreciated! See Below. Thanks |
