Medications for vestibular dysfunction include meclizine (Antivert), diazepam (Valium), and scopolamine. None of these will help actual damage to the cerebellum. There is also a treatment maneuver (a series of head tilts and positions) that treats a specific cause of vertigo or vestibular dysfunction known as benign positional vertigo.
