I suffer from a rash similar to that described by L. Inglett in her 1/14/98 posting, except I mainly get the small, itchy bumps on my hands (usually between the knuckles & at base of thumbs). Opinion on whether this could be related to the Arachnoiditis???? My Arachnoiditis is also in the Cauda equina. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Best regards, As you may have noted from the reply to the other posting you refer to I have performed a 30 year literasture search on the Medline database (which cross-references over 3,600 medical journals world wide per year and did not find any reported correlation between skin rashes and arachnoiditis. As I suggested in the other case, this is probably due to a separate entity , however if this does not clear up soon I would suggest that you have it seen by a dermatologist to clarify what exactly is going on.
