I was hoping I would be able to come to your Clinic in Ohio, but least I won coming to you..I have been diagnosed with spinal adhesive arachnoiditis of the cauda equina...by 2 Universitys...now the insurance company doesn't want me to be treated by them (state is too far) so they put me under their physician in Savannah, after 2 visits all he did was put me on table and did epidurals..as talking to my friends now (at one of the Universitys) states this is no good...) get out..so we asked for hearing..and I won..to seek physician for new evaluation to see if bowels and bladder are connected to this disease..The insurance company doesn't doubt i have this disease Arachnorditis but they are doubting the bowel and bladder problems....they state their physician in savannah doesn't beleive it is connected...Wow..this is unbeleivable...for him to state this when the Drs. at Emory stated that this is, but the doctor in his notes left out bowel and only put bladder (now Emory clinic is closing down in the Pain area) unable to find this Physician. but talked with chief Dr. states it is and he would write letter stating this..but the insurance company will not let him..strange...so they state new physician they want me to see...but they lost on the one they want me to see the Judge has awarded me Cleveland Clinic (Ft. Lauderdale) yeah....please I want to ask you who should i see there...and if you could would you please talk with them for me and see if they are treating this disease...like you do in Ohio...I also have support group People helping People trying to get others treated in places that physicians have concern..and not let the Insurance company be the Physician..Thanks again...please advise and thank you so much for this forum (the judge was inpressed with this..) Linda.

I would recommed you see Dr Maurice Hanson in the neurology dept in
CCF Fort Lauderdale, appointments number (954) 978 5124,
to make the most of your evaluation remember to bring any old records
and MRI films you have available.
