I would like to know if anybody has had any ill effects from taking choline. I was taking 1250 mgs 3 times a day and developed a bad headache. Also how about Panazatic? acid. I quit the choline and am now taking this. I that doesn't work I'm supposed to take something else, but can't remember what it is. I am taking a lot of vitamins and also this stuff called eyebright, prostigmin, and Lycium Rehmanna teapills. All this is an effort to avoid prednisone. So far my droopy eyelids and double vision have disappeared. I am still scared to drive at night. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks = Thanks for the question.
