If someone has headaches and twitches/tingling, I know those are good signs of a tumour. But this person also has difficulty sleeping and whay soulnd like hallucinations. So I was wondering, could a brain tumour do that as well? Thanks! = Symptoms of headaches, twitches, tingling, sleep disorder, and hallucinations are all "nonspecific" symptoms. Thatis, there are a number of conditions which could cause them. I suppose brain tumor is one, but it would not necessarily be the first thing I'd think of. For that matter, hallucinations don't always mean schizophrenia though they are a prominent symptom of that disease. Bear in mind that many symptoms are common to several different diseases. Your doctor's job is to determine which symptoms are relevant, and in combination they can point to a particular diagnosis. If you or someone you care about has these symptoms, it is important to get to a doctor for evaluation. The underlying problem may be benign or not, and the sooner you know, the sooner you could begin to treat and perhaps feel some relief. CCF MD mdf.
