I have had fibromyalgia for many years and have taken various NSAIDS. For about 4 yrs I have taken Relafen 500mgs once a day. I will soon be having a revision of C4-5 acdf due to non-fusion. Since I will be unable to continue the relafen (which has been very effective for FM pain), do you have a suggestion for an acceptable substitute medication?

I also take Effexor XR 187.5mg daily for depression. I am a 47 yr old female.
