Are buzzing/pins and needles sensations signs of Neurological disease?

I have pain with buzzing/pins and needles in my legs.

I am not sure if you post was cut off , there is insufficient information to give a detailed answer.

This symptom can indicate the presence of a peripheral neuropathy, this is a degeneration of small nerves in the limbs which can be associated with diabetes, drug side effects, arthrits and several other disease.

The best way to evaluate this sis by consulting a neurologist who can then do nerve conduction studies / EMG on the nerves in the legs to see if this is the underlying cause for the problem.
