2- Gait :Grading of Gait in Parkinson's Disease.

3- Grading of SpeechHearing or speech impairment - resources
Speech disorders,Walking,Rigidity,Bradykinesia of handsHand or foot spasms
Hand tremor&other limbs and etc.

   ( All factorsFactor ix complex of Disability in Parkinsonism is minding for me).



I have an old questionnaire of grading of disability in parkinsonism (Critical Analysis of Disability in Parkinson's disease:Medical Treatment,5,257-282. ,1968 ! ),this scale is not valid&reliable enough,also hasn't simple ,accessible and objective way for assessment & measurement .unfortunately this scale is the only our accessible scale!.



Please help me to find new better scales and questionnaires for my study ,free.(Preferly with email because of its speed!) and if possible,send them for me with email.
