unexplained leg pain

First i would like to thank- you for your time. (2) years ago i started having sharp pains in my legs from the knees down with severe cramping at night.after a x-ray the left leg showed tumors in the fibula, a bone graph was done but still having pain in both legs. the graph was done a year ago, just in the last few weeks the pain is getting worse + little lumps are apperaring on my legs no pains on the lumps and they are soft to the touch. sizes from 1/4 of an inch to 1 inch. I am a 31 yr old male with high cholesterol, hypothriod

Sorry to hear about your tumor.  I think I would revisit with your physician and let him/her see the lumbs.  Likely, you will need some lab work.   I would also see what your spine looked like on MRI after a good neurological exam.  I would also make sure that your thyroid replacement is adequate and your cholesterol level is coming down.
