CPK or creatine phosphokinase is a protein that is found in the muscles of your heart and body, and brain.  It is elevated in patients who have an acute heart attack or muscle disease, as well as recent trauma, postpartum, post surgery, intramuscular injection, intense exercise, creatine protein drinks, and seizures. It can even be high after someone's been drinking heavy alcohol. For the most part, CPK represents the total amount of skeletal muscle you have.  So people who have larger muscles will have higher normal CPK values.

Your value is moderately elevated. See if you fit any of the things I described and talk to your docs about getting it repeated. Good luck.
