Carotid Occlusions

Dear Doctor, I asked a question recently about my 74 y.o father and Carotid Endarterectomy. I now have the proper info.

A recent Duplex shows:

Left I.C.A completely occluded, right I.C.A 50% narrowed.

Left Vertabral reversed, right Vertabral patent.

His Neurologist ordered an MRI/MRA but I don't have thos results.

1) would endarterectomy by advised. 20 how does an artery
