Hemangiomas of mid-lower thoracic area

Because of back pain, I am having physical therapy,38/male
I do have 2 small herniations of at l4-5 & l5-S1 which contacts the nerve roots,and an anular tear at l4-5,and multi-level disc bulging.
My qustions are: Can certain types of therapy do any damage to the hemangioma's or make them worse? And is this somthing i should keep an eye on?
Where are these usually located? in the muscle? or spinal canal?

Vertebral hemangiomas are an abnormal collection of blood vessels located within the bony spine, NOT muscle or canal. They are very common, found in 10-12% of autopsies and most of the time do not cause any clinical symptoms. If you have a compression fracture (from things like trauma or cancer) or become pregnant (not your concern) or if the growth spreads on its own (uncommon), you can experience symptoms.
It is most likely that the back pain you are having is from the disc herniations/tears. THe PT should not affect the hemangioma and may be helpful in the management of your disc problems. Good luck.

I am A pt Diagnosed Plasmacytoma but i am not sttisfied with the diagnosis as i had vertebral collapse first i was told as tb spine and i took complete traetment again i had another collapse after one year now they say it is plasmacytoma there is another vertebra L5 saying haemangioma can you get this pucture can haemangioma behave in this way can there be a colapse of vertabra because of haemangioma if in addition the patient has myasthenia gravis i BECOME NORMAL after taking glucosedrip pl comment
