who should i see next?

MY NAME IS CHARITY IM A 27 YR OLD FEMALE HAVING A LOT OF BACK PROBLEMS FOR ABOUT 9 YRS NOW.MOSTLY LEFT SIDE OF LOWER BACK,LEFT HIP AND LEFT LEG IS 2 INCHES SHORTER THAN RIGHT.THE PAIN STARTED AFTER MY FIRST C-SECTION AND HAD A SPINAL DONE.ALSO HAD A SET OF TWIN AND HAD TO HAVE C-SECTION TOO.HAS WORSEN WITH THE YEARS BUT REALLY GOT BAD AFTER A DRUNK DRIVER HIT ME TWO YRS AGO.THE PAIN DOESNT GO AWAY NOT EVEN WITH PAIN MEDS.I TAKE PERCOCETS,FENTANYL DURAGESIC PATCH,FLEXRIL,ETC.CONSTANTALLY GOING TO HOSP. FOR PAIN SHOTS TOO.I HAVE HAD EMG'S,MRI'S,CAT-SCANS,MILOGRAM,X-RAYS,ETC DONE.BUT ALWAYS GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM THE DOCTORS.I SEE MY REG. DR. AND CHIROPRACTOR STILL.HAVE SEEN A NEUROLOGICAL SUR.,ORTHOPAEDIC SUR.BEEN THOUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY,PAIN MANAGEMENT.NOTHING HAS HELPED AND IS GETTING WORSE.I CANT LAY,SIT,STAND FOR LONG PERDIODS OF TIME.OR EVEN GET COMFORT AT ALL.WHEN MORNING COMES IT IS THE WORSE I CAN BARELY GET OUT OF THE BED AND I'M VERY STIFF AND I HAVE A LOT OF PAIN.ALSO NIGHT TIME ISNT TO GREAT EITHER.THE PAIN IS NON-STOP AND RUNS DOWN MY LEFT SIDE OF LOWER BACK DOWN MY BUTT,LEFT HIP,LEFT LEG.NUMBNESS,TINGLING,AND SHARP PAINS AT TIMES.HAVE PROBLEMS BENDING,SHAVING,PUTTING SHOES AND SOCKS ON,AND SLEEPING.I CANT WORK AT ALL.I NEED HELP FROM A DOCTOR THAT WILL TAKE MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES TO CHECK ME OUT.DONT KNOW WHERE ELSE TO TURN IF U COULD PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE ON WHERE TO GO OR WHAT TO DO NEXT I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

A doctor who specializes in spine/back problems would be best. I would recommend being evaluated at a large academic spine center. They will be able to review your examination, history, and prior tests and make further recommendations. If you are in the area we have a large center at the Cleveland Clinic. If you are not sure where to go, you could ask your doctor where the nearest medical center is. Good luck.
