What could it be?

For the last two years, I have been experiencing horrible headaches that last three to four days (and I get them WEEKLY), and for the last 8 months, I have been completely and utterly exhausted. I am not sure what is going on, but I have during these 8 months I have had a host of other bizarre symptoms, such as loss of balance, loss of concentration and periods of numbness in my right arm. I don't know if all of these symptoms are related, or whether they are caused by chronic fatigue.

I guess my question is whether these symptoms are serious enough that I should seek out medical help. Could this just be stress related?

I would encourage you to seek medical help. You can start with your primary care doctor, and then a consultation with a neurologist can be performed if necessary. These could simply represent a form of migraine or tension headache. However, a MRI of the brain may be useful to ensure that there is no other cause. The doctor can then prescribe medication to control the headaches, and hopefully decrease the frequency. Good luck.
