Need some direction due to burning sensations.

I'm a 45 yo male. Over the last three years I continue to have symptoms of buring sensation in my feet, back arms and legs with occassional muscle fasculation and twitching. What is most uncomfortable is the burning senstions. It usually starts in my back and then progress all over. Occassionaly it will start in my feet and buttocks. Many times I described myself as feeling if I'm on fire. I've seen mutiple Physicians.  MRI and MRA of the brain, EMG, Led screems, sed reate, CPK, adolase, endocrine and other labs are all normal.  I did have an MRI two years ago that showed several buldging disc in my lower back. Medication: Neurotin helps at time along with Ultram. I ocassionaly have several hours in the day that I feel pretty good, but then  the symptoms return. Other symtoms that have come about is some forgetfullness, fatigue at times.mY doctors describe my nero exam as normal except for a little cogwheeling in my right arm. I like to exercise, but like to exercise but lately I do not feel up to it. I normally do my push ups and call it a day.

Without personally examining you and reviewing your tests I can not provide a diagnosis. It sounds like the major tests have been completed. Some tests which need to be considered include a Vitamin B12, thyroid, and screening for diabetes. A second opinion with another neurologist at an academic center would be reasonable. Good luck.
