My Dr. is supposed to be scheduling me a cat scan. Although I am not real sure exactly what she is looking for.
Thanks for the quick reply!
what do you think it is and what do u think i should do?
Thank You,
Crystina
PS. I'm only 21 and no one is helping me. I've had no diagnosis and seen 12 doctors in one year. I am tired of this
i trust you are looking for answers yourself and not just relying on Doctors, they are human too and the head is a universe all of its own,
i have some suggestions, not answers
by far the most important is finding an interest, something you can put your whole self into, this means an active interst, ie learn a musical instrument, paint, write, etc, oddly this is not a very well researched area, but the mind sometimes needs to access some of its creativity and it doesnt care about whether you feel pain or not.
do the alternative thing, give up coffee and sugar (look at the contents of foods) for a couple of weeks, try not having dairy products, then drininking loads of milk, stuff like that, also things like float tanks, accupuncture etc
getting away from the TV, i did that and it had amazing results, not that the pain was better, but i could cope with it better
exercize, read comics that make you laugh,
the idea is to play with your life, see what it really needs and what it only thinks it needs
and never think you are alone, and sometimes thats not easy, but the fact is you will potentially grow to be mentally tougher than most, you will discover much more than what lies on the surface of life and later in the future this may be a blessing
a big spiritual hug to you
