sorry for posting again please forgive me. I just wanted to see if the doctor might have a different opionion on these films. As stated there is constant buildup of fluid draining into the ears, 24 hr. headache and there is a specific pressure on the right side of head where the release of fluid is coming from. I also have constant ringing in the ears, more prominent after the fluid drains and for some reason after a shower. Each doctor says my tests are normal or they have a different answer i.e. earrings or something on the lense, please believe me I was wearing no jewelry, filled out a form asking if I had jewelry on and the techs checked me over for jewelry. Only stating this becasue this was a doctors reasoning for the spots. Also note the MRI suggested a low signal in the mastoid air cells suggesting chronic mastoditis. Again each doctor told me its nothing. What I am trying to tell them that my ears are always bothering me as stated earlier. I have to beleive myself the low signal in the mastoid air cells means something. I have too many symptons with my ears. Just want to ask also on the MRI in the area of the audiotory canal does the right side where the spot is look more closed then the left. The left area seems much wider. Just very frustrated because I know how awful my head feels and I cant seem to get help. thank you.. Here are the films:

As a neurologist and not a nuclear radiologist I do not read cisternograms, and I could not open the MRI images
In any case, without seeing the whole set of films it is hard to interpret an MRI image.
Opacification of the sinuses is a fairly common finding when MRI is done for other reasons. Whether it is related to symptoms or not is another matter, and many times if importance is attached t oit, it turns out to be a red herring. Chronic mastoiditis can cause pain and inflammation around the ear, and tenderness when pulling on the ear, and in rare cases can erode the bone and cause a meningitis or abcess. Obtain a clinical opinion o nthe Mastoiditis from an ENT doctor before jumping to conclusions
