pins and needles and discomfort

Problem starts
1.Hands get cold sometimes feet
2.Nauseous in mid chest
3.Nauseous moves to aria around heart
4.I become aware of the heart beating
5.I become aware of breathing
6.Start to feel sick and week Not bad yet
7.Get feeling that I want to regurgitate all food in stomach but doesn’t actually happen
8.Part of body that has restricted blood flow will get pins and needles if massaged or blood flow returned to normal
9.Buzzing in head Not Always
10.Start to feel fairly sick
11.Start to feel very week But this dose not prevent me from heavy lifting object
12.Get dizzy spells
13.Sight not as sharp as normal
14.Hands perspire
The main part of the problem goes away faster if I lie down and rest problem lasts between 2 to 6 hours
(Blood pressure only went up on the first occurrence of the problem)
Problem stops
1.Hands worm up
2.Dizzy spells stop
3.Feeling of sick subsides
4.Start to feel stronger
5.Sight returns to normal
6.Hands stop perspiring
7.Feel better but not strong
This whole process seems to go through cycles of a few good days and a few bad days
There always seems to be a lot of activity in the intestinal area
After effects
1.Feel weaker than normal for few days
2.get physically tired early in day
3.get pins and needles very Easley if slight restriction in blood flow
4.On off buzzing in head
5.On off slight headache (Not always)
Early warning signs of the problem starting
1.Get pins and needles very Easley if slight restriction in blood flow.
2.Wake up many times during the night with pins and needles
