About Our Forums:
A Forum is actually a web page which has a (threaded) list of questions & answers. Each new thread (question) starts out in the left column and then indents as answers are posted . Looking at this page (below) we can see 3 types postings: Questions, Answers and Comments. This page is what the public will see when they enter the forum.
Staff or other people may elect to respond to the post. There are two types of responses: Answers and Comments. Only staff may post an answer and there is only one answer per question. The remaining posts against the question are considered comments. Comments are displayed in chronological order and are not archived on our system. All answers, however, are archived. weekly by our software.
Answering Questions:
In order to answer a Question, you must use your special staff page. The software has been designed this way in order to provide security and is used to simplify and manage forum posts more effectively. The staff page for this forum is located at: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/tutorial/staff.htm
