Question Title: 19 year old, lowered semen volume/ejaculation distance

Hi. I am 16 year old and I noticed a sore at the base of my penis today. It is kind of white and it doesn't hurt when I touch it, it only tickles a bit and feels funny. Kinda hard to explain. I also have a small red spot at the base of my penis, but it doesn't hurt. Could someone please tell me what those 2 things are??

We cannot really address the questions of individuals under the age of 18 for legal reasons. I recommend that you see a physician soon (even if this means informing one of your parents that you have a concern regarding your genitals -pain, swelling, whatever) as by your description you may have a significant problem.
