Question Title: Testicle lump

i have a very small testicle lump on the right one, about the size of a small bb, i went for an ultrasound and it didn't show up,but i can feel it is there , it is hard. why wouldn't it show up?

Thanks for your question. I agree with Doug’s answer. I believe sometimes normal structures like the lateral sulcus of the testes or epididymis can be felt on physical exam. The lateral sulcus is a small ridge where the epididymis attaches to the testicle. I would certainly ask your urologist for his opinion.
