| When I ejaculate at times I get this eye watering burning sensation right through the length of my penis..from the testicles on up..like it follows the ejaculation .. At times as well after when I urinate I get this same burning. Help!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Chas, The symptoms you have described could be due to prostatitis or urethritis, which are inflammatory or infectious processes in the prostate or urethra. It is unclear from your description whether any other symptoms are present. An evaluation by a urologist who can perform a physical exam and order the appropriate tests is important. The use of anti-inflammatory medication, such as ibuprofen, could be helpful to alleviate some of the symptoms, if only inflammation is present.
