I recently found a hard lump about the size of a BB at top of left testicle. Ultra sound didn't see anything. Urologist said it was a torsed appendix teste. I had an undescended right testicle repair as infant and am experiencing lower back pain. the lump is about an eighth of an inch from epiditymis at top of teste. Is this a logical diagnosis, should I be able to feel a torsed appendix teste. I just don't want to overlook anything just because it's "unlikely" that it's cancer and be sorry.
