Question Title: Abdominal pulse & Testies

Forum: The Urology Forum
Topic: Urology - General

I need some kind of help before it is to late!!!

About one year ago i was arm wrestling and i got this burning sensation in my lower abdominal and then about 30 minutes later i starred to get a pain in my left testical and then the whole left sige of me felt numb and like it was spasming out and i did not want to walk cause it felt like a man problem like getting that pain when you are kicked in the testicals.

In the meanwhile i started to be careful when i lifted or worked out and acuasionally the pain kinda back. Then after a few months i started to work out pretty heavly and nothing really was going on but then i noticed a pulse in my abdomindal and when i went to a massge theripist he put a stethascope on it and he said it sounded like a plasenta, but now when ever i get my heart going the pusle gets stronger and when i push on it there is kind of a pain in my lower back and sometimes if i push on it for about seven seconds then move around in small circles this like warm feeling goes down my abdominal through my leg and kinda feel better.

Know it almost feel like their is lumps that pulsates and it's althrough the left side of my abdominal and today i got this sore pain in my testical right behind it where the cords conect and it hurts when i cough but it seem like it is going away. but this is the part i am worried about for the last few months i have been trying to find som kind of diagnose but have not found a thing
and i just turned 18 and before my parents did not want to take me to any doctor and i did not think that they had insurance either and i don't so i really don't have the money to go see some one about it so if you could please help me some kind of advice like where to look but nothing over your policy i would appreciate it very much to help out me reaserch.

Thanks so much

Dear Don,
Your question brings to mind many possibilities but without your being examined and possibly undergoing some tests, I cannot begin to tell you what is happening.
From your description, the wrestling may have made your problem apparent but I doubt that it caused it. You may have a tumor full of blood vessels causing your symptoms or some type of a connection between the arteries and veins in your pelvis (hemangioma) in your pelvis. You really need to call your local health department and find out where you might obtain free care. You definitely need to be evaluated and soon. The possibilities that I mentioned above can be quite serious and even life threatening. I would suggest that you be seen by ageneral surgeon.
I hope that this helps. Get to a physician!
Good luck!
