I am a 29 yr old male. On occasion while defecating a small amount of a clear substance comes out of the end of my penis.The clear liquid is oily. Do I have a problem? ---------------------------------------------------------- Dear James Thanks for your question. As Scojo has said this is normal and is probably glandular fluid.
