Dear Dan Thanks for your question. Old blood looks brown so you may have had some small bleed into your semen. I would recommend seeing a urologist
for a more specific history and at least a digital rectal exam and a urinalysis, just to make sure this commonly benign
condition (called hematospermia) is not a symptom of something more serious.
