left testical

sence i could remember i had lumps in my left testical but i starting feeling it and it was not lumps. It was like some kind of tube. but every so often it would go away, and come back. so i assumed there was liquid in the "tube" because when ever i would stand the mass would increase, but when i layed down or sat down it would go away. but even some times when i stand the mass varries and im sure this might not be testicular cancer because i had it before i hit puberty

the question: what does this sound like or can be? and will i have to get my testical removed?
