I have had what I thought were chronic UTI's since late July. . After several months of what I thought were UTI's I have just found out that all of my lab work said none were positive for infection,but when I started taking Cipro , I stopped having pain in my back and bladder area and all was well.I felt great. After 1- 2 months though , the syomptoms came back. I have gone to a gyno-urologist and she said to go off of the antiobiotics as I thought I had another UTI and my family doctor said the initial lab looked suspicious . After several days the lab came back negative and the antibiotics were working and my symptoms were going away.What is happening??I am to have a cystocopy in over one month and am concerned that I have to suffer until then..What should I do????The antibiotics were working . Also, I also took Macrobid for 2 months and all was well until about 7 days after I stopped it.
