Lost a bit sensity at the tip of penis

I am 25 years old.I have problems with prostata for longer period.Maybe since 2001.At that time I just had some stabbing pain in rectum and I had to go in toilet little often.I was not emptying my bladder completely.Indeed my sexsual potention had droped a little and later on I had premature orgasms. Also I had seldom strange pain /short stabbing pain/in the tip of the penis/mostly around the hole/.They chacked my prostata through

rectum and prostata was enlarged a little and it was painful. After that was calm period maybe for 1year.And all over again. Now prostata became enlarged again and I have pain in rectum, lower stomach /beyond the bone which is placed behind penis/and lower back.Doctor checked it again through rectum and he told me that I have chronical prostatitis. He said that prostata is a bit enlarged but the situation is not dangerous at all.It was not so painful on touch as before.I was using piluls:Prosta-metto and Ceporex. My sexual potention was grate. My girlfriend visited me last month and stayed with me until Sept. 26-th.We had often sex and always during intercourse I had little stabbing pain in prostata and all my orgasms were premature so during the intercourse I was prolonging my orgasms to make sex a bit longer. On 15-th day during intercours I felt some pain on the tip of penis and penis went down. Suddenly I lost will for sex.Next days everything was fine as before and we had normal sex.THE 27-DAY OF HER STAY WE HAD SEX AND IN THE MIDDLE OF INTERCOURSE I FELT THAT PAIN AGAIN ON THE TIP OF THE PENIS AND PENIS AGAIN WENT DOWN. THE FEELING WAS LIKE SOMEONE INJECTED SOMETHING AND IT BECAME STRANGE. SINCE THAT TIME IT LOOKS LIKE I LOST SENSITY ON TIP OF THE PENIS.MOSTLY ARROUND THE HOLE AND IN THE ARREA WHERE THE «HEAD» IS FINISHING /THE PLACE WHERE ARE THE SMALL SENSITIVE BUMPS.THE BODY OF PENIS LOOKS OK TO ME.IF I SLIGHTLY TOUCH THE PENIS HEAD I CAN'T FEEL IT.IF I PUT SOMETHING COLD ON THE TIP/STEEL/I CAN FEEL IT,BUT THE FEELING IS STRANGE-NOT ENOUGH SENSITIVE.IF I PRESS THE HEAD LITTLE HARDER I CAN FEEL IT.FROM THAT TIME I HAD BIG PROBLEMS TO REACH ERECTION AND IN LAST THREE DAYS ONLY LAST DAY I SUCCEDED TO MAINTAIN ERECTION AND ORGASM.Now she left a weak ago and situation is worse.I can't reach erection and my libido dropped closely to 0%.I examind my penis nerves through one test/posted on urologychannel.com.I put one finger a bit in my rectum and with other hand I touched the tip of the penis. Each touch of penis coused moving of rectum ring/anus/which mean that my nerves ar ok/I hope/?PRIORITY:«PLEASE TELL ME WHAT COULD CAUSE MY PROBLEM AND HOW TO THREAT IT. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS IT JUST TEMPORAR OR PERMAMENT ABNORMALITY.IS IT POSSIBLE DUE TO MY AGE TO RETURN THE SAME FEELINGS TO THE TIP OF MY PENIS, TO BRING SITUATION TO NOTMAL»?I BELIEVE IT IS CONECTED TO PENIS NERVES.PS.NOW I HAD BIGGER INFLAMATION OF PROSTATA AND URIN CHANNELS.Maybe testosterons?Blood test ok.Only BILIRUBIN increased to 23umol/l RARE BACTERIA IN URIN

I would first test for any STDs such as chlamydia or gonorrhea.  AS you may have read here, prostatitis syndromes can be notoriously difficult to treat and may certainly contribute to your symptoms.  Antibiotic therapy can last for 12 weeks in some cases.

When examining the prostate, you can obtain prostatic secretions via massage.  These secretions should be tested to make sure an infection isn't present.  I would also test for any prostatic abscesses via an ultrasound.

You can also consider any infection of the epididymis - which can be done via an ultrasound.

For the erectile dysfunction, I agree with testing for a testosterone level, although you anxiety with the penile discomfort may be playing a role in the impotence.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
