I had oral sex protected from a gal of unknow status.
After 15days i had fever.I went to Dr.She told me i hv urine infection.
I tested for gonnorhea and chlamadiya.But it came negative.
She told the bateria that caused it was E.Coli.
My Questions?
1. Is E.Coli can be passed from mouth to penis?Some one told me
that this bacteria live in stool.How can it be transmitted from
her mouth
2. How long it takes for UTI to show up symptom.
3. if i had got this from oral sex what is the risk of me getting HIV or anyother disease?
I am so really confused and worried.Because of this my infection is not getting cured.

To answer your questions:
1) Possible, but less likely. E Coli is not a common organism of the mouth.
2) That can vary from patient to patient. It would also depend on what bug is growing as well as any anatomical considerations.
3) Risk of transmitting HIV via oral sex is very low. However, if this is a concern, I would consider being tested now and in several months.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
