First of all thank you for the service you provide, for $16, I suspect you have eased a lot of minds, hopefully mine included. About three months ago I had unprotected sex with a 40 something year old women who swore up and down she was clean. She is the only woman i have had unprotected sex with in the last three years. About two months after we had sex, while masturbating, I felt an irritated area below the head of my penis to the left, so i stopped and just figured I had rubbed it the wrong way, too hard or something. Anyway, here is it a month later after noticing this area and upon further inspection this is what I see. Directly below the head to the left mostly, a few to the right, i see what appears to be vein like white areas. It's hard to explain, but I guess if you had samll, tiny fingers and you were to pinch the skin on my penis, raise it slightly and hold it, that's what is would look like. No pain, no puss, no, well no nothing, other than my anxiety. Could it be Vitilligo (spelling I'm sure is wrong) Please help. Thank you so much

Tough to say without examination.  I certainly would rule out infection in any case - which can be done via a simple urine test looking for gonorrhea, chlamydia as well as a urinalysis.  Other possibilities would include a fungal infection or herpes - each of which can be tested via a direct culture.

Dermatitis or inflammation can also cause the symptoms you describe if infection has been ruled out.

I would consider a urology or dermatology referral for further evaluation.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
